With the April 15 tax deadline quickly approaching, Attorney General Jim Hood is reminding Mississippi consumers today to be vigilant about scams and identity theft associated with tax returns.

The Board of Supervisors approved the hiring of Mary Mosley effective March 1 as the new Purchase Clerk for the county. Mosley will replace longtime clerk Suzanne Dennis who will be leaving in May.
