Harmony Theft Arrest Made

After a series of thefts that took place in the Harmony community in July, authorities have been diligently searching for the suspects.

One of the incidents involved a stolen side by side on County Road 127 that officials were able to recover and return to the owner.

Recently, law enforcement was able to locate and arrest Joe T. Felps for the theft.

“He was arrested on Friday, September 11, by CID Investigators for grand larceny,” stated Chief Deputy Barry White. “Our investigation team, along with Clark County, Alabama, and Wayne County assisted in this investigation.”

Justice Court Judge Terry Bonner set the bond for Felps at $25,000.
