James Wayne McInnis

James Wayne McInnis, 74, of Quitman, MS, passed away on May 23, 2018, at Specialty Hospital in Meridian, MS.  He was born on February 12, 1944, to William and Nola Grace (Broadhead) McInnis in Butler, AL.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Peggy McInnis; son, David Wayne (Kelli) McInnis; daughters, Tracy Dawn (William) Beasley and Christy Nicole McCoy; brothers, John Henry McInnis and Bobby Glenn McInnis; sisters, Lucille Means, Yvonne Wilson, and Mary Opal McInnis; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, William G. and Nola Grace McInnis; and brother, William Peter McInnis.
Visitation was held Friday, May 25, 2018, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman. Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 26, 11:00 a.m. at the Hebron Ridge Baptist Church, with Rev. Charles Albrooks and Rev. Claude Killian officiating.  The body was taken to the church one hour prior to the service. Burial followed in the Hebron Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Tyler Evans, Bruce Davis, Buddy Haney, Curtis Schrimpshire, Tommy Schrimpshire and Jason Hicks.  Honorary Pallbearers were Paul McCarra, Bob Dickerson, Almon Hayes and Donnie Tucker.
