Ludie M. Chandler

Ludie M. Chandler, 79, of Toomsuba, MS, passed away on May 27, 2018, at her residence. She was born on July 25, 1938, to Jefferson and Ruby (Robinson) Kemp in Magee, MS. 
Ludie is survived by her daughter, Betty (Ronnie Joe) Raines; four sons, Billy Chandler, James (Cathy) Chandler, Scottie (Pam) Chandler, and Percy (Chris) Chandler; four brothers, J.K. Kemp, John Roy Kemp, Jerry Kemp, and Pee Wee Kemp; sister, Linda Morris; four grandchildren, Brandi (Ryan) Lucas, Lindsey (Matt) Doss, Sissy (Joe) May, and James Shannon (Melissa) Chandler; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; special nephew, Bobby (Carolyn) Chandler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Chandler; parents, Jefferson and Ruby Lee Kemp; two sisters, three brothers.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2018, 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, MS. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 12:00 p.m. at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Trosper and Rev. Keith Stewart officiating. Burial will take place in the Pine Hill Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers are James Shannon Chandler, Tyler Simpson, Jacob Chandler, Chris Raines, Joe May, and Don Raines.  Honorary Pallbearers are Tony Ward, Leonard Amato, Bill Davidson, Ryan Shelton, Donnie Raines, Ryan Lucas, and Matt Doss.
