The "2026" Clarke County Distinguished Young Women Program will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Quitman High School Auditorium. The program will begin at 6:00 p.m. with seven of the area's amazing junior young ladies showcasing their abilities and skills they have learned over the last few months.
General admission tickets will be $8 at the door and program books will be $2. Reserved seats for $10 and $8 general admission tickets can also be purchased in advance beginning Monday, February 3, 2025, by messaging our Facebook page: Distinguished Young Women of Clarke County MS. Arrangements can be made there for payment; tickets can be picked up ahead-of-time or at will-call the night of the program.
The emcee for this year's program will be Kim Knight of Meridian. Kim has been involved in various capacities with the State DYW Program, including being a host family for state participants. We're glad to have her host our program this year!
Special entertainment will be our 2025 Clarke County DYW Paisley Ivey. Paisley has represented us in an excellent manner the past year, including winning a scholastic preliminary award at the State Program. She will be "extinguishing" her title as the new winner is awarded her medallion.
We hope you'll plan to join us for this worthwhile scholarship program!
