Notice is hereby given that the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of CLARKE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, will receive written sealed bids at the Clarke County Purchasing Department until 10:00 o’clock a.m. on October 20, 2025 for the sale of the following:
1993 FORD F350 RESCUE TRUCK VIN 2FTJW35M1PCA45094
“SOLD AS IS”
The successful bidder will be required to pick up the vehicle.
To view the vehicle, you must contact Landfill Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at (601) 776-5466.
Payment shall be made within 5 days of bid acceptance. Vehicle may be picked up upon payment. Payment by cash, cashier’s check or bank wire transfer will be accepted.
Sealed bids should be delivered or mailed to the Purchase Clerk at
100 E. Church Street/Post Office Box 616, Quitman, MS 39355.

Bids should be labeled “Sale of Rescue Truck” and the date of the bid.
The highest and best bid received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, annotated as amended, and the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
