Notice is hereby given that the BOARD OF ALDERMEN of QUITMAN, MISSISSIPPI, will receive written sealed bids at the City Hall until March 17, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 for the following:
“Sale of Surplus Water Meters”
Detailed specifications and instructions to bidders are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and may be obtained at no charge by contacting the City of Quitman City Clerk, Post Office Box 16, Quitman, Mississippi 39355, calling (601) 776-3728 or email to cityclerk@ci.quitman.ms.us.
The highest and best bid received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, annotated as amended, and the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
