Notice is hereby given that the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of CLARKE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, will receive bids via reverse online auction for the following:
One 125 KW Natural Gas Generator
Bid proposals (no price) will be received until 4:00 o’clock p.m. on May 4, 2026 through Central Bidding.
Detailed specifications and instructions to bidders are on file in the Office of the Purchase Clerk, and may be obtained at no charge by contacting the Clarke County Purchase Clerk, Post Office Box 616, Quitman, Mississippi 39355, (601) 776-1011 or email to purchasing@clarkecountyms.gov. All electronic bid specifications and procedures may be obtained electronically at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com).
Bidding will be held by reverse online auction on Wednesday May 6, 2026 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (local time) on www.centralbidding.com.
The lowest and best bid received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, annotated as amended, and the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
