Ardenia "Dena" McNeil Williams, 82, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on November 19, 2022,at her residence.
She was born on October 22, 1940, to Lee Henry and Naomi (Shoemaker) McNeil in Louin, MS.
Dena was a member of Mont Rose Baptist Church. Dena was an ER nurse at H. C. Watkins Hospital for 20 years and owned Dena's Sewing Parlor in Quitman, MS.
Dena is survived byher son, Patrick I. Williams; daughter, Nicki (Ricky Burney) Williams; son, Norman D. (Jammy) Williams; five grandchildren, Skye Williams, Madison Williams Edwards, Katie Williams Lund, Dalton Williams, and Dylan Williams; three great-grandchildren, Wayne Yarbrough, Sloan Edwards, and Hazel Edwards; sister, Anna Dean Busby.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Henry McNeil; mother, Naomi McNeil; husband, Dalton Ira Williams.
Private services were held on Sunday, November 20, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Family Cemetery with Rev. Matthew Johnson officiating.
Burial took place in the Williams Family Cemetery.
