Benny Robinson, 84, of Stonewall, Mississippi, passed away on January 26, 2026, at his residence.
He was born on August 31, 1941, to Talmadge and Inez (Jones) Robinson in Stonewall, MS.
Benny didn't go anywhere without his beloved dog, Hayden. He was overall an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, especially turkey hunting, and to fish. Benny enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden during the summer.
Benny is survived by his sons, Tal (Brandi) Robinson and Tony Robinson; brother, Carl (Pat) Robinson; sister, Verna Mae Brock; seven granddaughters, Lauren (Jamie) Byrd, Logan (Taylor) Moulds, Summer Robinson, Alyssa Robinson, Albany Robinson, Delaney Perry, and Saylee Perry; grandson, Trevor (Ashley) Robinson; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Robinson; father, Talmadge Robinson; mother, Inez Robinson; brothers, Charles Robinson, Talmadge "Bud" Dewitt Robinson, Jr., and Robert "Butthead" Robinson; and sister, Linda Sexton.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
