Friends of Clarkco State Park will be hosting Bluegrass in the Park on October 19, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event is shortened this year due to the campground being closed. Next year, they will be back with the full day and hopefully something extra.
This year’s event will feature four bands. These bands are great, and they are looking forward to you coming to enjoy the music. The entry fee is the gate entrance fee, but Friends asks that you come get a hamburger, hot dog, or sausage dog from them to help support the cost of the bands.
The following is the scheduled lineup for the day:
• 11:00 a.m. Answered Prayer Bluegrass Gospel Band
David Bryant, David McCoy, Murray Stewart, Wilson Karges and Vanaee Patrick
• 12:00 Noon Fair River Station

Please bring your lawn chair, a tent if you wish, and enjoy the afternoon of great Bluegrass music. Come hungry and purchase some lunch or snacks from the Friend’s group. The money will be used to pay for the cost of the bands and sound.
Come out and help support the bands.
Meet the bands preforming.
