Kisha Morgan brings home the Gold for the State of Mississippi at the Special Olympics USA National Games 2022 in Orlando, FL.
Kisha has been a Special Olympics athlete for the past eight years. She has participated in softball, bowling, basketball, equestrian and track and field. She has received many ribbons and medals on the state level. This is her first time being chosen as a delegate for the USA National. At the National game, she competed for track and field and won the Gold Medal for her long jump.
This competition was comprised of all the US states, and also included candidates from Trinidad, Jamaica, Tobago, Aruba, and Haiti, along with various others.
Kisha is the daughter of Dennis and Helen Pou of Quitman, MS.
