The Clarke County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce Rustic Freeze and Rustic Couture as the Business of the Month SPOTLIGHT for January 2026.
For about five years, they have provided quality service to their customers at each store, and they combined the stores last year to create more space to better meet the needs of their customers.
In the Rustic Couture portion of the business, customers are able to purchase items created by a variety of venders. They have products ranging from artwork, car freshies, jewelry and accessories, boutique style clothing for all ages, and much more.
In the Rustic Freeze, they carry Hershey’s ice cream and Blue Bell ice cream, totaling around 20 different flavors. They also have Italian ice, milkshakes of all flavors, snow cones, coffee, and more. Along with a large assortment of frozen treats, they also serve lunch items each day until around 2:00.
They have a freezer in the store that they keep stocked with a variety of frozen casseroles and meals that anyone can purchase as well.
Along with their main business location, located at 512 North Archusa Avenue in Quitman, they also have a separate Rustic Freeze location by Piggly Wiggly and the laundromat in Quitman where they have a drive-thru feature. During the winter months, they are only open to sell coffee from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Once it warms up again, usually after Spring Break in March, they will begin opening all day again and selling their cold items again as well.
Owners Jimmy and Hope Diamond are thankful for all of their customers and the support they have been shown since they first started the business.
“We do appreciate all of our repeat customers and new customers that come and support us at all of our locations,” proclaimed Hope.
The main store location is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
