It’s that time of year again to start thinking about all the people and businesses who have made such a huge impact on Clarke County this year!
The Clarke County Chamber of Commerce is preparing for the Annual Banquet that will be held on January 27, 2025, and are taking nominations for the Citizen of the Year and Business of the Year.
When thinking about the business to nominate for Business of the Year, keep the following guidelines in mind:
1. Outstanding leadership within the community (example: Community spirit and support of community projects)
2. Self-improvement in services to the public
3. Must have created a job(s)
4. Has a vision of and/or projections for the future
5. Must have a positive attitude toward business and growth in Clarke County
People can make nominations for both Citizen of the Year and Business of the Year until December 19, so make sure to contact the chamber for a nomination form.
