Pearlie Grove Baptist Church, located at 108 Shirley Dr. in Quitman, plans to give parents a break with a Kid’s Back to School Craft Time on Saturday, August 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This is free and will give parents a break for four hours. A snack and lunch will be provided to kids. Kids will create a craft that they can take home, all for free. All children are welcome to attend. Zion Rest Church at Eucutta will be having Homecoming services on Sunday, August 2, at 10:30. Our pastor, Rev. Ed Smith, will be celebrating 50 years of ministry. Afterwards, we will have potluck lunch under the pavilion. Everyone is invited.

Pineville Missionary Baptist Church, located at 302 Melvin Road in Gilbertown, AL, has its Annual Homecoming and Revival services coming up. Homecoming will be Sunday, August 9, at 10:40 a.m. Revival services will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, August 10-12, starting at 7:00 each night. The guest speaker for Sunday will be Pastor Joshua Young, guest speaker for Monday will be Pastor Dr. Shirley Pearson, guest speaker for Tuesday will be Rev. Willie Kinslow, and guest pastor for Wednesday will be Pastor Martha Blakley. All are invited to attend.

Bethel United Methodist Church, located at 1952 County Road 690 in Shubuta, will have Fall Revival on September 20-22 at 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The speakers for the 11:00 a.m. service will be Host Pastor Renay Dawkins and guest speaker Pastor Theodore Cole. The guest speaker at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21, will be Pastor Steve Edwards. The guest speaker at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, will be Pastor Keontae Carter.
