Clara L. Mathis, 81, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on February 25, 2025, at Trend Nursing and Rehab in Meridian, MS.
She was born on October 14, 1943, to Jeff and Ader (Satcher) Lee in Stonewall, MS.
Clara is survived by her brother-in-Law, Donnie (Vicki) Mathis, and her niece, Angela Sisson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Mathis; son, Andy Mathis; parents, Jeff and Ader Lee; brothers, Arnold Lee, Buck Lee, Jack Lee, O. D. Lee, and Lewis Lee, Jr.; and sisters, Irene Skramstad and Marie Sisson.
Graveside services were held on Friday, February 28, 2025, 11:30 a.m. at the Shady Grove Church of God Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Coats officiating.
Burial took place in the Shady Grove Church of God Cemetery.
