Through two sets of eyes
I will admit I didn't watch the debate the other evening. While stating that nothing Ms. Clinton could possible say would make me want to believe in her vision for America, I just don't watch a lot of TV. I prefer to get all my news off the internet and sort it through the filter of experiences and personal views. The national media agrees with MS Clinton about us being "a basket of deplorable" here in flyover country and chooses to lump into groups so we're easier to dismiss when not in agreement.
It amazes me that normally well-adjusted people will believe that Ms. Clinton's problems and scandals all flow from "enemies" who dislike her and can't stand the heights to which she has risen. 40 years of lies and corruption all come from a heart that only looks for personal gain and a willingness to step over any boundary. I kind of feel sorry for her Sisyphean like journey to the pinnacles of power only to be cast down time and time again. Her life has been convoluted into a parody of everything that is wrong with our government. Half-truths, corruption, disappearances, failed policies, and destruction, among other things that she and her ilk have reveled in for more than 50 years. Policies that have brought these things to all corners of the globe.
People see things differently based on biases and beliefs. I have said time and time again that the beliefs of those who vote Democrat time and time again because of promises are just stooges on a grand stage. Unfulfilled promises given just for political gain. Again, I'm not saying the Republicans are just, but that one voting bloc, counted on numerous times only to be discarded like candy wrappers. It's a tragedy of such proportions that a righteous media would have it trumpeted to the heavens instead of reporting on fat Miss Universe or dogs traveling on the roofs of cars. Can anyone people group really say they are better off after 8 years of shameless pandering except those who only stand to benefit monetarily from chaos?
I will say, and repeat, I'm no intellectual. I am sufficiently able to see through the murk of disinformation and staged burlesque that the media has on repeat. I trust none of them to tell the truth when a lie sounds better. It's all about ratings and holding on to power that has them oriented behind Hillary. I truly feel sorry for those who cannot or refuse to see what that hold has done to their lives and the lives of all who reside upon this globe. It isn't enough for them to report the news but to try and become the news themselves, attacking any and every one who dares to breach the wall of lies that surrounds the estate. Calling themselves purveyors of truth they have become shameless whores who have sold themselves to the DNC for a trinket. It is a national shame.
As we wind into the last weeks of this national election I urge you to find the truth. I urge you to search for it with diligence, not believing the press releases put out hourly to try and disparage a man who has never raised your taxes, never started a war, never caused you to wonder whether his personal army will be knocking on your door, never done anything more untoward than be a patriot on the level of Paul Revere. What set of eyes will you use? Will you view only what you are told? Until next week. ags.
