While getting their last shots in at the winner, the losers show their true colors by their actions. The former president commuted the sentences of everyone who was an enemy of the state, while signing the largest number of executive actions ever and enlarging the regulatory state to unheard of size. Before you go but, but, but, Bush, remember that I didn't really care that much for him either. What makes someone think that they can improve their legacy by sticking it to the people? What makes them think that government needs more regulation?
There was a picture on the internet a couple of weeks ago by some political cartoonist that was captioned "The peaceful transfer of power" and had the former president passing the current president the baton that wasn't but instead had a lit fuse. I also enjoyed another quote that said wanting the president to fail is like wanting the pilot of your aircraft to fail. Both make a lot of sense in these times that aren't making a lot. I think too many people believe the propaganda that the news services have been putting out to the point of shaping their whole lives around things that don't exist. How do you become so anti-president before they have served a week? I was discussing this with my sister a week or two ago and I believe it's like any religion. If you believe a part, you have to believe the whole. With their being a vacuum at the top the fight is on for control over what to believe.
If you watched any of the news or the internet you saw the anarchists in full bloom. There were signs and protests about things I had never heard of all tied in together something about women losing some rights? I keep hearing about how "my body is my business so stay out" but I want the government to pay for things for my body? Do they teach basic government in school anymore where the government is just an extension of the taxpayer? I promise on this 5 lb. bag of skittles that I could care less what you do with your body just don't ask me for dollars to do it with. The lack of self-respect and denigration of self is astounding in people who claim to represent a group (like women) and then try to moralize that God loves me like I am. That is a complete truth but God, if in your life, wouldn't leave you like that.
Last but not least, hey you, dude over there that looks kind of familiar. Do you really believe that because you have money that you are important? Do you think like that because your values were perverted from thinking you were famous and so many people desire (d) you? Most of America looks at you like yappy dogs. We put up with you because you are entertaining at times but the rest of the time not so much. Like Icarus you have flown so close to the sun your wings have melted and you just haven't fallen all the way down. It would behoove you to understand what most of us have never forgotten, we are children of God and as such, He will chastise us as needed. Your words are as empty as the head they emanated from. Your foolishness seems to be boundless. Your fame has parted from you and we will wonder who you were. Until next week. ags
