We often refer to the government as “Big Brother” and as human siblings will do, this big brother has played some tricks on us and sneaked some things into our lives that we were not aware of and did not pay attention to.
Have you looked at your coins recently? The Obama administration was not successful in removing “In God, we trust” from our coins. But there have been some other subtle changes on them that are moving us away from a focus on that. On the penny and dime, the face is a side view with this phrase either at the top or bottom of the profile. On the nickel, the face is forward and the phrase is on the right side of the coin. However, more recent quarters have the profile facing away from the words “In God we trust.” I have been told this actually began in the early 2000s.
What else has big brother sneaked in on us. Well, there are still questions that arise about the truth about COVID and precautions, shots, boosters, masks, etc. with it. The health arena in general has many deceptions. Big pharma and other related entities lobby their way into a governmental sanction for factors that are harmful or at least not beneficial to us. Notice how advertisements for medication have the side effects in small print or a quieter voice at the end of a television spot.
Our food is probably the biggest deception. Do we really know what is injected into or sprayed on our “fresh” produce or what is fed to the animals that end up as prime rib or chicken tenders? The United States has come to be ruled by the almighty dollar – at the expense of faith, family, and freedom. Will our souls survive?
