Column By Dr. Ann Hollingsworth
October has been my favorite month for years. Some of my reasons are the nice weather and the in-between time where the heat and harvesting of the summer is past and the trials of winter have not yet set in. Just for curiosity, I decided to “google” the month to see what I could find about it. The website “The Spruce” listed 31 things that are special about October. – a special designation for each day of the month (Notes provided as needed).

October 2 – International Day of Non-Violence

October 4 – Cinnamon Roll Day
