There is a big problem in Quitman with stray and unrestrained dogs and cats. Some parts of town are worse than others, but I don’t think any part is exempt. We have Creature Comforts, and they are doing the best they can with which they have to work (in case you didn’t know they are a nonprofit; therefore, you can write off donations).
