Friends of Clarkco State Park is hosting their annual 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run Lake Run Saturday, June 11, beginning at 8 a.m. with registration beginning at 7 a.m. All proceeds from the race will go to Friends of Clarkco State Park to fund the replacement of the bridges on the trails around the park. The staff and volunteers continue to work on the campground and the disc golf course.
Awards:
5K Run Awards: Overall, Masters & Grandmasters and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards for males and females in the following age groups: 6-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over
5K Walk Awards: Top 3 Overall Male and Female and Top 3 place in each age group 6-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over
Fun Run Awards: Ribbons will be given to all fun run participants.
TIMED RACE: Race will be timed by TIME2RUN.
Entry Fees: 5K - $35 includes park entry fee. 1 Mile Fun Run - $25 includes park entry fee. Please place a copy of your registration forms in the honor box.
