Multi-County Community Service Agency, Inc. in conjunction with Outreach Health Services, Inc./Shubuta Dental & Medical Clinic; Humana Insurance; East Central Planning & Development; EMEPA; Shared Health; Jones Jr. College-Stonewall Campus; MS Access to Care; Clarke County Chamber of Commerce; and Senior Medicare Patrol of Mississippi.
Services to be provided: Volunteering information & recruitment, blood pressure check, glucose screening, health insurance information, weatherization and utility assistance, COVID-19 Vaccination (Adult-first come first serve basis & bring vaccination card and I.D.) door prizes and more.
