Raymond Pearson Jr. has been arrested in the alleged case of animal cruelty, according to Chief Deputy Barry White. Pearson was wanted by Quitman Police Department and CID Investigators for allegedly dragging Judge Tobey Bartee’s family dog behind his vehicle.
