Anthony Q. Loper was arrested for receiving stolen property after he was found with stolen Clarke County road signs in his possession. A warrant was served on Loper February 25, 2021, for a felon in possession of a firearm where the signs were found. Bond was set for $5,000 on the possession charge and $400 on the stolen property.
