According to Chief Deputy Barry White, Bob Armstrong of Quitman, who was wanted for molesting (touching a child for lustful purposes), was arrested by the Newton County Sheriff’s Department and was transported to the Clarke County Jail last week. Bond was set at $100,000 by Justice Court Judge Terry Bonner.
