A mistrial was declared last week in the trial of former police chief Joey Moulds of Enterprise. The 12-member jury was deadlocked on a decision after hearing arguments from both sides of legal counsel.
Moulds was indicted by the Grand Jury March 2, 2021, for aggravated assault stemming from a hit-and-run case in October 2019.
