One of the cases that went before the Grand Jury was that of Michael Tillman. Earlier this year, Tillman was arrested for the alleged murder of Roderick McCarty.

Authorities learned that the shooting took place at an apartment complex of Highway 513. Tillman and McCarty had had an altercation that escalated to shots being fired.
