Edward N. "Nick" Kramer III, 77, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on January 9, 2026, at his residence.
He was born on February 24, 1948, to Edward and Maudine (Webb) Kramer in Quitman, MS.
Nick was a lifelong member of First Methodist Church of Quitman, MS. He served his community as a member of the Clarke County Chamber of Commerce and Historic Clarke County. Nick was a longtime attorney, and he was honored by the Mississippi Bar Association for over 50 years of practice.
Nick is survived by his wife, Lisa Kramer; daughter, Melissa Kramer; two grandsons, Hunter (Sherrye) Kramer and Tanner Carney; two brothers, John Marvin (Mary) Kramer and Karl Kramer; sister, Susan Kramer (John) Hoitt; sister-in-law, Jane Cope Kramer; seven nieces; one nephew; and numerous extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Nicholas Kramer, Jr.; mother, Maudine Webb Fettinger; and brother, Joseph Anderson Kramer.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at First Methodist Church, Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 2:00 p.m. at the First Methodist Church with Rev. John Kramer and Rev. Davey Wilkinson officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be "The Dialysis Transport Crew" Justin Bishop, Thomas Bishop, Jeremiah Downs, Bobby Fulcher, Eddie Ivy, and Harry Wheat. The family would like to express thanks to these gentlemen for their assistance.
Burial will take place in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
