The 2023-24 Academic All-District® College Division At-Large Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, has recognized the nation's top sophomore student-athletes for their combined performances in the athletic realm and in the classroom.
Eighteen Jones College student-athletes make up the list, with nine women and nine men.
Celine Ottah, Riley Davis, Nataliya Magee and Hilary Jaén represented women's soccer, Annalyn Housley, Daniela Tovar, Guadalupe Tocci and Maggie Savell for women’s tennis and Emma Moore for softball.
Banks McNair, Matt Smith and Samuel Hadley epresented men's soccer, Gatlin Sanders for baseball, Dawson Do for men’s tennis, Charlie Cox and Ryan Tyler for football and Kieran Morris and Ty Herrington for men’s golf.
College Division student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members.
College Division Men's At-Large First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® Team honorees will be announced Wednesday, July 17, 2024, with the College Division Women's Academic All-America® Teams to be released on Tuesday, July 16.
The College Division is comprised of institutions from two-year and Canadian institutions and other institutions who are not affiliated with the NCAA and NAIA divisions.
