The public is cordially invited to a special moment in time: A Choral, Tribute, Recognition and High Noon Tea of praise appreciation, acknowledgements, dining, and fellowship. This event will be held on the first Sunday, February 5, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Quitman, MS. This occasion is sponsored by the church choir in recognition of the retiring president, Sis. Minnie Jasper, for more than 35 years of dedicated services. There will be choral echoes of tributes and other presentations that will scan the Musical of Love because of having touched shoulders with honoree, Sis. Minnie, who is fondly call “Miss Jasper,” “Miss Minnie Mae,” “Honey,” “Aunt Minnie,” and “Mo.” The pastor, Rev. Advial McKenzie, both newly elected president Shemika Robinson and vice-president Archie Scarbrough, and program planner Cathy Lewis are encouraging each of you to attend this highly anticipated event.
