Clarke County Hot Topics is holding a benefit gun raffle for Byron Kemp, son of Sheriff Todd Kemp who has cancer, to help with medical expenses. Kemp is a veteran, United States Marine, and State Trooper with the Mississippi Highway Patrol. All proceeds will go to the Kemp family.
