April 18, 2021 closed a chapter in the life of Pauline Harwell in that she retired as a commissioner with the Clarke County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD). Mrs. Harwell faithfully gave of her time and resources to preserve the natural resources of Clarke County for the past 30 years.
