The 26th Annual Forestry & Wildlife Festival presents an Open Car Show September 24. Any year, make, model is eligible to enter. Awards will be decided by participant and spectator voting
The Clarke County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Car and Truck Show at the Annual Forestry & Wildlife Festival at Archusa Water Park, Quitman. Show parking area is separate from the Festival area and is located in a cool shady area near the water! Registration for the show will open at 9:00 a.m., voting closes at 12:30 p.m., and awards will be presented at 2:30 p.m. Pre-registration until September 16 is $15.00. Registration on the day of the show is $20.00. You can get a registration form by going to website: clarkecountychamber.com, and clicking on “Activities” or by calling the Chamber office.
Other activities at the Festival include an ATV/SXS Show, arts & crafts, local talent entertainment, children’s activities, a bass tournament, Little Mr. and Little Miss Clarke County Pageant, pony rides, chance to win $100 cash, and lots of good food.
