Hello, My name is Andrea Monique Laphand Davis, and I am running for the office of Tax Assessor/ Collector (Democratic Party).
I am running for the office of tax collector/assessor because I would like the opportunity to utilize my professional skill set in my community to be of assistance to all residents of Clarke County with open and honest communication.
I have a Bachelor of Science – Business & Industry from Mississippi State University, and 30 years of experience in management, operations, customer service, financial management and profitability.
As a general manager, I am skilled in leading teams, managing operations and utilizing the tools provided to take non-profitable entities and making them profitable again. I am an effective leader skilled in building talent through training and by leading by example with one-on-one communication. In closing, I would like to share a few words from my last performance evaluation: overall exceed expectations leadership your team not only trust you but they believe in you and your leadership.
