Helen M. Mozingo, 81, of Meridian, Mississippi, passed away on June 1, 2022, at Anderson's Regional Medical Center.
She was born on January 10, 1941, to Jessie Naman and Beryl (McKenney) Dearman in Quitman, MS.
Helen is survived by her loving husband, John Mozingo; son, Chuck (Carlie) Turner; daughters, Kay (Thomas "Tom") Rogers and Candy Linder; brother, Mike (Tommie) Smith; sisters, Mary Ann (Edward) Clark, Linda (Bill) James, and Faye (Frank) Varnell; along with five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Naman and Beryl McKenney Dearman; granddaughter, Kelli Brandenburg; sisters, Peggy Cornelia McInnis and Edrice Dearman; brother, Jessie W. Dearman; and her grandfather, Link McInnis.
Visitation was held Sunday, June 5, 2022, from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home in Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services were held on Monday, June 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Derek Clark officiating.
Burial took place in the Hebron Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
