INVITATION FOR BID
The Quitman School District will accept sealed bids on the following vehicles in the Quitman School District Board Room located at 104 East Franklin Street, Quitman, Mississippi on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 10 a.m. Prior to that date, an inspection of this equipment may be scheduled by contacting Ricky Graham, Transportation Director, at 601-776-1048. Bids should be marked: “BID ON SURPLUS VEHICLE WITH ASSET # ____________” on the outside of the sealed envelope. Only one bid should be made for each sealed envelope.
The Quitman School District Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive informalities, extend the time, and accept the lowest/best bid proposal.
