Joyce Fuller Ellzey, 91, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on April 30, 2021, at Bedford Care Center in Marion.
She was born to Orlena Kersh Fuller and Martin Luther Fuller, Sr. on June 14, 1929, in Clarke County, Alabama.
Joyce was a faithful member of First United Methodist Church and her Adult Sunday School Class. She retired as bookkeeper with East Mississippi Regional Library in 1996.
She is survived by a niece, Leigh Pate (Mark) of Oakwood, Texas, a sister-in-law, Karen Fuller of Pasadena, Texas, great-niece, Erin Pate and a great-nephew, Luke Fuller. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Coleman Ellzey; and her daughter, Suanne Ellzey.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 12, at First United Methodist Church. Reverend Pam Randall will officiate. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
