Kenny Jacobs, 73, of Quitman, MS, passed away on May 31, 2021, at Rush Hospital in Meridian, MS.
He was born on March 20, 1948, to Earl and Thelma (Huddleston) Jacobs in Quitman.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Rhonda Day Jacobs; step-sons, Charles Daniel Day and Bradley Lamar Day; brothers, Jesse E. Jacobs and Donald Ray Jacobs; sister, Thelma Elaine Stephens; special nephew, Joseph Benjamin Jacobs.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elbert Earl Jacobs; mother, Myrtle Thelma Jacobs; and brother, John Henry Jacobs.
Visitation was held Friday, June 4, 2021, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Jacobs officiating. Burial took place in the Manassa Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Todd Kemp, Joseph Benjamin Jacobs, James Jacobs, Daniel Jacobs, Larry Broadway, Gail Mitchell, Jamie Downey and Gary Ishee.
