Angie Ledbetter will be joining Quitman School District as Public Relations in September. Mrs. Ledbetter is a native of Quitman and graduated from QHS. She graduated from Mississippi State University and came back to work in Quitman Schools. She taught first and second grade before becoming Assistant Principal at QLE in 2006.
Angie and her husband, Chip Ledbetter, and children, Kade and Allie Klaire, relocated to Houston, Texas for 10 years. During that time Angie spent time as a stay-at-home mom, and then she went back to the classroom as a teacher. She worked as a tutor/interventionist with 3rd-5th grade math students, and she also found time to run an online tutoring business.
Now Angie and her family are happy to be back in Quitman, and she is excited to be a part of the Quitman School District as Public Relations.
