Hammack, Trustee for the use and benefit of Great Southern Bank. WHEREAS, CLYDE R. EZELL and wife, CHRISTINE H. EZELL defaulted in the payment of his indebtedness to Great Southern Bank and in the performance of other conditions and stipulations as set out in the above described Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, Great Southern Bank requested and directed the undersigned Trustee to execute this trust in accordance with terms of the Deed of Trust and applicable law;

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 14 East, Clarke County, Mississippi; and running thence West along the South boundary line of said Section 5 for a distance of 680.0 feet; thence North 17°30' East for a distance of 255.0 feet; thence North 52°30' West for a distance of 293.0 feet to the point of beginning of the property herein conveyed, and from said point of beginning running thence North 52°30' West a distance of 140.0 feet; thence North 41°45' East a distance of 200.0 feet to the South boundary line of the Pachuta and Quitman Public Road; thence South 52°30' East along the South boundary line of said road a distance of 140.0 feet; thence South 41°45' West a distance of 200.0 feet to the point of beginning, being a part of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of said Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 14 East, Clarke County, Mississippi.

Request for Quotation for Workforce Training Services
Southern Mississippi Planning & Development District (SMPDD), as the fiscal agent for the Twin Districts Workforce Development Area (TDWDA), is seeking training providers who can provide short-term training services tied to jobs that are in-demand within the Twin Districts Workforce Development Area. The proposed training will be provided to participants of the Career STEP program, a workforce development program funded through a TANF grant by the Mississippi Department of Human Services. The program is designed to propel eligible participants towards a career by assisting them with obtaining training that leads to employment for the first step within a career field.
The short-term training courses that we seek should be one year or less in duration, and lead/result in an industry-recognized credential, certificate, and/or license.
Specifications:
Short term training defined as less than one year in length
Potential to receive a certificate/credential/license upon successful course completion
Training may be provided in person, remotely, and/or a hybrid version of both
Training cost must be comparable to other similar courses in the TDWDA
The Request for Quotation Form (RFQ) must be completed and submitted
Area of Service: Services will be provided to eligible residents of the following counties: Clarke, Covington, Forrest, George, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Kemper, Lamar, Lauderdale, Leake, Marion, Neshoba, Newton, Perry, Pearl River, Scott, Smith, Stone and Wayne.
