TAKE NOTICE that P.R.P., INC. (“Petitioner”) has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for the C.A. Day #1, SE of SW Section 27, T1N, R17W, Clarke County, Mississippi in the referenced field as identified on Exhibit “A” to the petition and for together relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 am. On the 19th day of October 2022 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E., Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest, said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner’s representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. October 12, 2022, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner’s representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition, which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on May 6, 2013, BRYAN WALDEN and KELLY GAVIN executed a Deed of Trust to JOHN R. GUNN, Trustee for FIRST STATE BANK, which is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 348 at Page 841 in the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Clarke County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, on June 27, 2014, KELLY GAVIN executed a Warranty Deed to BRYAN WALDEN, which is recorded in Deed Book 275 at Page 183 in the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Clarke County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, FRED ANTHONY MONSOUR, was appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of JOHN R. GUNN, in said Deed of Trust by instrument dated September 8, 2022, and recorded on September 16, 2022 in Substitution of Trustee Book 4 at Page 320; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale.

I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
