You have been made a Defendant in the Petition to Determine Heirs-at-Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries filed in this Court by April Talley Goodson, seeking to determine and establish the heirs-at-law and wrongful death beneficiaries of David Eugene Talley, deceased. The parties in interest other than you in this action are April Talley Goodson and A.T., a minor.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 8:45 a.m. on the 17th day of February, 2022, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Clarke County Courthouse at Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition, thereby barring the claims of any other relatives of the decedent.
