To all owners of, and persons interested in the Goodwater SWD No. 1 Well located in Section 5 of Township 10 North, Range 8 West, Goodwater Field, Clarke County, Mississippi:
Take notice that DeepRock Disposal Services, LLC has filed a petition in this docket requesting that this Board enter an order approving 1748 pounds per square inch as the maximum authorized injection pressure for the Goodwater SWD No. 1 Well in Goodwater Field and granting related relief.
The Petition will be heard by this Board at 10 a.m. on March 16, 2022, in Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place all interested parties may appear and contest said matter. A copy of said Petition and documents filed therewith are on file in the office of this Board and may be there examined by any person interested.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5 p.m. on March 8, 2022. Failure to so notify the Board and Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.

The surface location of the Well is 2465 feet South of the North line and 1275 feet East of the West line of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 18 East, Clarke County, Mississippi. The proposed injection zone in the said Well will be in the unitized Eutaw Oil Pool in Langsdale Field in certain intervals between the depths of 3642 and 3762 feet, as set forth in the application. You have been made a Defendant in the Petition filed in this Court by Catherine Roach McKenzie, Administratrix, seeking to close this estate. Defendants other than you in this action are Catherine Roach McKenzie, Maurice Donahue Roach, and James Wesley Shaw.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the18th day of March, 2022 in the courtroom of the Clarke County Courthouse at Quitman, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.

BIDDERS MUST HOLD A CERTIFICATE OF RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 31-3-1 THROUGH 31-3-23 MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND BE LICENSED BY THE MISSISSIPPI STATE TAX COMMISSION. AS PER SECTION 31-3-21, ALL BIDS SUBMITTED FOR PUBLIC PROJECTS WHERE SAID BID IS IN EXCESS OF $50,000 SHALL CONTAIN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE AND/OR SUBJECT LINE OF ELECTRONIC BIDS, THE “CONTRACTOR’S CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF RESPONSIBILITY NUMBER”.
