Sealed Bids
Pursuant to ordinance enacted at the November 2, 2021, regular session of the Board of Alderman, the City of Quitman, a municipal corporation, hereby solicits sealed bids from duly established and insured financial institutions, until Friday, December 3, 2021, at 4:30 P.M. at the city hall at 101 E. Church Street, Quitman Mississippi, for the purpose of capital improvements and other municipal purposes, in the amount of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00).
The bid should state the term, interest rate, and contain an express provision the early payoff will incur no penalty.
Bid opening will be held at the Board Meeting on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at 5:00 P.M. at City of Quitman City Hall, 101 E. Church Street, Quitman Mississippi.
Information concerning the scope and purpose of said loan should be directed to the attention of the City Clerk at (601) 776-3728.
The City of Quitman reserves the right to reject all bids.

No. 1 Well, the Mosley No. 1 Well, the Rolison No. 2 Well and the Rolison No. 3 Well. Said Petition will be heard by this Board at 10 a.m. on December 15, 2021, in Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jack¬son, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place all interested parties may appear and contest said matter. A copy of said Peti¬tion and documents filed there-with are on file in the office of this Board and may be there examined by any person interested.
