Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 7th day of June, 2024, by the Chancery Court of Clarke County, Mississippi, in Civil Action Number 24-147-S to the undersigned upon the Estate of Paul Edward Lutz and the Executor, having filed an AFFIDAVIT with the Clerk confirming his reasonably diligent efforts to identify persons having claims against said estate and having found none, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of Notice to Creditors, or they will be forever barred.
