You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Wendy M. Turner, in her capacity as Administratrix of the Estate of Charlene V. Schrimpshire Rainer, deceased Plaintiff seeking to adjudicate heirship.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in his action at 8:45 a.m. on the 14th day of August, 2024, in the courtroom of the Clarke County Chancery Courthouse in Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in he petition.
