You have been made Respondents in the lawsuit filed in this Court by WILLIAM H. POWELL, AND RALEY POWELL LEWIS The Petition filed against you has initiated a civil action seeking to have WILLIAM H. POWELL, AND RALEY POWELL LEWIS decree to be the sole and only owner of the above-described real property located in Clarke County, Mississippi, as fully set out in the Petition and Complaint on file in the Chancery Court of Clarke County, Mississippi.
