Dear Editor:
I am becoming more and more concerned about the creeping antisemitism in some of America's Christian churches. In one church I attended, the pastor said that Judaism is a false religion. That was a dishonest and misleading appraisal, and he knew it!
In another church I attended, the Sunday School teacher said that Jewish people are "weird"!
Needless to say, this should not be taken lightly; and to that end, I would like to recommend the You Tube video titled the same as this article. It has to do with the Holocaust and how easy it became for the church to be complicit--or how hard it became for the church to resist. America CANNOT get itself in this position! (Note: The parenthetical notation "Persecuted Church" in the full video title represents the production company that also does videos on persecuted Christian churches in foreign lands. There is brief coverage at the end of the video about Rawanda.)

In addition to the video, I would like to recommend the book by Pastor Don Finto titled Your People Shall Be My People. His brokenheartedness over the way the Jews have been treated throughout history is unparalleled to anything else I've seen or heard on this subject. Although his primary work is with Messianic Jewish congregations, he makes it clear that when God put Genesis 12:3 in the Bible, He gave no caveats. Our love for the Jews is to be unconditional!
