The Stonewall Historical Society Says Thank You

In 1873, T.L. Wainwright began work at the Stonewall Cotton Mill at the age of 21 as an accountant and assistant to the General Manager. He displayed such an executive ability that he was elected to Secretary and Superintendant of the mills in 1875. In 1903, he was elected as President and Treasurer.
